WFIF 2026 Speaker & Delegate Information

Behind the Forum | The People, the Purpose & the Possibilities

Thank you for joining us at WFIF 2026, whether as a speaker or a delegate. At ESGIN, our Theory of Change is simple: Connect, Share, Learn, Act and Lead.

We believe a meaningful forum is not about speakers delivering knowledge to a passive audience, but about everyone contributing, exchanging perspectives, and learning from one another.

Why We Curate Differently

Diversity, inclusion, and real-world impact are at the heart of how we curate our speakers and delegates.

You may not always hear sophisticated jargon or recognise every company name. But one thing I can promise you: everyone we invite brings real experience, meaningful action, and genuine contributions to society.

Some have built remarkable businesses. Others have quietly transformed communities. Some bring decades of wisdom, while others are young minds challenging conventional thinking.

At times, the topics may seem unrelated, and the connections may not be immediately obvious. But isn't that what the future is all about?

A little uncertainty. Different perspectives. Good people with good intentions. Brilliant minds with bold ideas. And possibilities we haven't yet imagined.

We didn't bring everyone together because they think alike, but because something meaningful can happen when they meet.

A Note to Our Speakers

Your topic and content are never set in stone. You're welcome to refine them at any time. Chienie Tsai, an experienced TEDx curator and organiser, is happy to help you find the angle that best reflects your expertise and message. ESGIN is also a finalist for the UN PRI Excellence in Communication Award, so you're in good hands. WhatsApp Chienie directly at +852 6018 7108.

Enjoy the Ride With Us

At ESGIN, we want to change the way people think about sustainability. It isn't just about charity, one-way giving, or another budget to spend. ESG shouldn't be about complicated jargon or concepts that feel distant from everyday life and business.

Sustainability can also be about creating equal opportunities, generating shared value, discovering new possibilities, and building something meaningful together. And yes, it can be exciting, rewarding, and fun!

So come with an open mind, embrace the unexpected, and enjoy these two days of exploring Future Intelligence together. Be cheerful, stay curious, and enjoy this big celebration of a better future! We hope you leave with new friends, fresh perspectives, and inspiration to turn ideas into action.

The future is not just something we discuss at the Forum. It is something we shape together — from Future Intelligence to Ethical Business in Action.

Make the Most of Your Two Days

A few things we'd love you to keep in mind:

1. Enjoy the Forum Your Way

You're welcome to step outside during sessions less relevant to you, meet fellow participants, or take photos around UNCC. You don't need to stay in the conference room all day!

We also encourage you to listen to speakers from different fields. Sometimes, the most valuable insights are the ones you least expect.

Speakers: Please return to the conference room before your session and stay for the discussion and Q&A afterwards. While in the room, kindly silence your phone.

2. Get to Know Each Other

We've published speaker and delegate profiles on our website. Take a look beforehand — you might discover someone who shares your interests, works in a related field, or could become your next collaborator.

Want to bring a friend or colleague? We'd love to welcome them! Simply ask them to complete the Delegate Registration Form and UN Indico system in advance.

3. Enjoy Lunch at the UN

We have one hour for lunch each day. You can visit the café on the same floor or the UN staff cafeteria (my personal favourite!).

At the cafeteria: Collect a card at the entrance → Choose your food → Pay when you leave.

4. Your Talk Is Just the Beginning

At WFIF, we believe dialogue and action matter as much as presentations. That's why we've reserved time for discussion and Q&A throughout the programme.

Speakers: Please keep to your allocated speaking time so everyone has a chance to interact.

Whether you're a Speaker, Co-Chair, or Delegate, you're welcome to ask questions, share perspectives, and explore ideas together.

5. Connect with Honesty & Integrity

We welcome genuine conversations and meaningful partnerships. Please be honest about your experience, credentials, and affiliations. This is a space for sharing and collaboration, not sales pitches or product promotions.

6. Don't Forget Your Passport!

Bring your original passport and UN Indico entry QR code on both days.

7. Gala Dinner | 4 November

Join us at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok for an evening of relaxed networking. No formal speeches or structured programme — not because we’re lazy, but because we’d rather you spend the evening enjoying good conversations, making new friends, and discovering unexpected connections.

We hope you leave WFIF with new perspectives, new friends, and meaningful connections that continue well beyond these two days.

Connect. Share. Learn. Act. Lead.

Meet Your Fellow Speakers

We warmly encourage you to join us for the full two days. Think of the 200 guests in the room as your colleagues from around the world. Throughout the Forum, we have set aside plenty of time for dialogue, so we can explore solutions and take action together, where impact meets opportunity.

To help you make the most of it, we have carefully prepared a profile for every speaker on the WFIF 2026 event page. Please take a moment to read them before the Forum. Getting to know one another in advance makes it easier to connect, exchange ideas and explore business opportunities together on the day. We hope you enjoy every moment of it.

UN Indico Registration (Mandatory)

⚠️ Required for entry.

The United Nations Conference Centre is a secured UN venue. Only speakers and guests registered on Indico will be cleared by UN Security. We are unable to make exceptions on the day.

  • Please register using the same name as shown on your passport.
  • Any accompanying guests must also register. Unregistered guests will not be granted entry.

Notes for Delegates

Every session ends with a group discussion followed by questions from the floor, and we warmly invite you to take part.

  • Prepare in advance: read the programme and speaker profiles, and choose the sessions most relevant to you.
  • Bring your questions: prepare one or two questions for the speakers. Questions that lead to action and collaboration are especially welcome.
  • Connect: use the breaks, lunch and the Gala Dinner to meet speakers and fellow delegates.
  • And yes, we take this very seriously. Please make sure you read the guidelines carefully before attending.
Delegate Guidelines

Notes for Speakers

⚠️ Please read the [Speaker Guidelines] before preparing your talk. All speakers are required to follow them.

Session format

  • Speakers present one by one, each with their own talk.
  • After all the talks, the session moves to a group discussion with the Co-Chairs and all speakers, followed by questions from the floor.

Your talk

  • Focus on one core idea. Your time is short, so build your talk around a single key message.
  • Share solutions you have actually implemented, and their results. Ideas or plans not yet put into action, and unverified theories, are not accepted.
  • Present a clear case: the challenge, the action you took, the result and the lesson learned. Successes and failures are equally welcome.
  • End with a call to action, so the audience knows what they can do next.
  • Speak naturally, as if sharing your experience with colleagues. There is no need for a polished, performance-style delivery.
  • You are welcome to use notes during your talk.
  • Keep to time. The timekeeper will signal when 1 minute remains. Our host will introduce you, so no long self-introduction is needed.
  • No products or commercial services. Share solutions and results, not what you sell.

Slides (optional)

  • Format: PDF, 16:9. Keep it to a few slides that fit within your time.
  • Company logo: cover and closing slides only, in one corner, no wider than 15% of the slide.
  • Upload deadline: 26 October 2026. We will send you the upload link shortly.

⚠️ Strictly no commercial content. Company brochures, product catalogues and sales material are not permitted at a UN venue. We have seen this happen before, and it is a serious breach. All slides will be reviewed by our team and the UN, and slides that do not comply will not be shown.

Videos (by approval only)

  • Please apply in advance if you wish to show a video. All videos are reviewed before approval.
  • Submit approved videos as separate MP4 files, and mark on your slides where they should play. No embedded videos or online links.
  • We will share the technical requirements shortly.

On the day

  • Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
  • By the break before your session, please take your reserved seat in the front row on the left-hand side, facing the main screen. Seats with microphones are set out in speaking order.

Notes for Co-Chairs

Thank you for joining WFIF 2026 as a Co-Chair. You will lead a session on the UN stage and be recognised as a session leader in the official programme.

Your role

You will co-host your session with Jack Huang:

  • Introduce speakers to the stage in turn.
  • Capture the key insight of each talk in one or two sentences, with brief feedback.
  • Lead the discussion and audience Q&A.
  • Ask questions that lead to action. Go beyond industry issues: ask questions that open the door to concrete action and new collaboration among speakers and participants.

Full support on stage

Jack Huang, a senior UN consultant, has hosted hundreds of conferences, including COP-related events and gatherings of several thousand participants. He will be with you throughout. If you have any concerns about the role, please let Chienie know early. We are happy to adjust.

Before the Forum

  • Agree on 1–2 questions each with your fellow Co-Chairs, to avoid overlap. Aim for questions that spark action and partnership.

On the day

  • Opening: all Co-Chairs welcome the audience together, about 1 minute each.
  • Keep it practical: steer speakers towards real experience, results and lessons learned.
  • Online speakers do not join the discussion.
  • Close on time with a one-minute takeaway that highlights the key insight and next steps. If your session has separate closing remarks, no takeaway is needed.

Notes for Master Dialogue

Format

  1. Opening: each speaker briefly introduces themselves and shares their perspective on the session theme.
  2. Dialogue: 2–3 shared questions for open discussion. The Moderator leads and also takes part.
  3. Conclusion by the Moderator.

Before the Forum: a detailed run-sheet with timings and questions will be sent to you by the Moderator and the organising team.

  • Keep answers focused, so every voice is heard.
  • Draw on real experience, not general theory.

Notes for Online Speakers

Thank you for joining WFIF 2026 online. We truly appreciate your contribution.

  • Format: your talk, followed by Q&A with the room. You are welcome to sign off after the Q&A, with no need to join the rest of the session.
  • Q&A: please keep your talk focused and leave room for Q&A. The more interaction, the better the experience for the room. Our host will relay questions to you.
  • Slides: we kindly ask you to present without slides, as they are hard for the room to engage with online. If you need them, please let us know in advance.
  • Background: please use the WFIF virtual background or a clean company background, rather than your real surroundings. The WFIF background will be available to download here shortly, and we will also send it to you.
  • Time zone: all times are Bangkok time (UTC+7).
  • Joining details: we will email you the meeting link, your log-in time and a connection test time.
  • On the day: for any connection issues, please WhatsApp Chienie Tsai first at +852 6018 7108.
