ASIA GROW 30
30 WOMEN LEADERS DRIVING POSITIVE CHANGE ACROSS ASIA
A Recognition Initiative by the Global ESG Leadership Organization (ESGIN). Presented at the World Future Intelligence Forum 2026
Asia Grow 30 is ESGIN's annual flagship recognition initiative, selecting 30 women leaders across Asia — from every country and field — who are driving real change through action. Selection is centered on community leadership and the positive impact she has created.
There are no restrictions on candidate background — corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, social innovators, academics, educators, community leaders, and public-sector reformers are all eligible. What matters is whether she has genuinely driven change.
Credibility Background
- The recognition ceremony will be held 4–5 November at the UN Conference Centre, Bangkok; Asia Grow 30 is the centerpiece of Day 2 of the World Future Intelligence Forum 2026 (WFIF) official agenda, "Future Ready Solutions: Future 2036 / Asia Grow 30 Recognition & Showcase."
- It sits under GROW, ESGIN's international initiative formally registered on the UN Doha Solutions Platform for Social Development (Initiative ID 85, theme: women's leadership empowerment, opportunity, and wellbeing), implemented in practice by the GROW Center for Women's Leadership.
- The organizer, Global ESG Leadership Organization, is officially registered in the UK and holds four formal standings within the UN system: UN Global Compact Participant, UN PRI Signatory, UN Global Digital Compact Endorser, and UN WEPs Signatory; it convenes a global network of 400+ senior advisors across six continents and 6,000+ digital community members.
