About Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers
Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers is ESGIN's annual flagship recognition programme, identifying ethical business solutions — and the practitioners behind them — across every sector and geography, whose work has advanced from intention to implementation, with impact that can be independently verified.
Eligibility is deliberately unrestricted. Corporations, social enterprises, financial institutions, technology teams, public-sector bodies, and individual leaders driving change are equally invited to apply. What matters is not organizational form, but whether a solution addresses a genuine problem and produces demonstrable change.
Anchored in ESGIN's UN-Registered Initiatives
Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers draws directly on the practical outcomes of initiatives ESGIN has registered, participated in, and advanced across UN-affiliated platforms:
- Ethical Economy Accelerator (EEA) — registered under the UN Global Dialogue on AI Governance; informs the programme's ethical economic framework
- Responsible AI for Business — registered under the UN Global Dialogue on AI Governance; informs its approach to responsible AI transformation for enterprise
- Capital with Purpose (Initiative ID62) — registered on the UN Doha Solutions Platform for Social Development; informs its treatment of capital allocation for social purpose
Standing & Credibility
Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers anchors Day 1 of the World Future Intelligence Forum 2026 (WFIF), under the official conference theme "ESG in Action: Ethical Business Solutions 2026."
The convening organization, Global ESG Leadership Organization, is UK-registered and holds four formal United Nations global initiatives:
- UN Global Compact Participant
- UN PRI Signatory
- UN Global Digital Compact Endorser
- UN Women's Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Signatory
This standing is supported by a global network of more than 400 senior advisors and over 6,000 digital community members spanning six continents. Selected cases are carried forward and translated into practice through ESGIN's cross-industry network of Ten Flagship Councils and its Local Future Intelligence Hub network — ensuring that outstanding practice is studied and replicated, not merely showcased.

- Concrete Implementation — the solution must already be operational, not a concept, proposal, or plan
- Verifiable Outcomes — results must be substantiated by concrete data, third-party evidence, or verifiable records
- Scalability & Replicability — the underlying method or model must demonstrate genuine potential for continuity, expansion, and replication, rather than stand as an isolated instance

Selection Mechanism
Selection is anchored in the three pillars of ESG — Environmental, Social, and Governance — as the operative measurement framework, and requires every selected case to present verifiable evidence of substantive performance. The independent jury evaluates each application holistically across six dimensions, with no percentage-based weighting applied:
- Vision & Strategic Intent — does the solution reflect a clear diagnosis of the problem and coherent strategic thinking?
- Substantive ESG Impact & Outcomes — has the initiative produced verifiable, substantive outcomes across Environmental, Social, and Governance dimensions?
- Innovation — does the solution offer genuine originality in response to a real-world need?
- Systemic Change & Replicability — does the change reach into institutions, models, or long-term operating mechanisms, with genuine potential for continued expansion and replication?
- Stakeholder Engagement — does the initiative demonstrate the ability to mobilize and connect diverse stakeholders, and to build trust and collaboration?
- Global Relevance & Future Significance — does the solution carry representative, inspiring, and forward-looking value for the present and future of ethical business practice worldwide?

Jury Governance
Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers is adjudicated by an Independent International Jury of 5–9 senior representatives drawn from business, academia, social innovation, investment, and international organizations. The jury's determinations rest solely on the outcomes, data, and evidence submitted by each applicant — ensuring a process that is rigorous, impartial, and internationally informed. Final results are determined exclusively by the jury and are not subject to public vote.
Jury members must declare any potential conflict of interest and recuse themselves from review and deliberation wherever a direct commercial, employment, investment, or material collaborative relationship exists.
Recognizing solutions that don't just solve a problem — but change how the problem is solved, for everyone who comes after.
Honoree Privileges
Selection requires successful review by the Independent International Jury (see Section IV for evaluation dimensions and guiding principles). All honorees receive:
- A formal "Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers 2026 Honoree" certificate issued by ESGIN
- An invitation to attend the World Future Intelligence Forum 2026 and participate in the Ethical Business Solutions & Achievers recognition segment
- An invitation to the official networking gala dinner at Grand Hyatt Thailand, in the company of global business leaders, investors, and partners
- An in-depth feature interview published in ESG in Action Monthly (ISSN 2979-0972), permanently archived in six legal deposit libraries of the United Kingdom and Ireland: the British Library, the National Library of Scotland, the National Library of Wales, the Bodleian Libraries at the University of Oxford, Cambridge University Library, and the Library of Trinity College Dublin
- Feature coverage arranged through industry media, with an in-depth English-language interview published in ESGIN's affiliated publications
- Publication of the case and its outcomes across ESGIN's official website, newsletter, and social media channels

Featured Sharing Opportunity (Selected Honorees): A brief live-stage presentation at the recognition ceremony, with the honoree's contribution formally introduced by the host.
On Fees
Application and nomination are free of charge. An administrative fee applies only once an applicant has been formally selected as an honoree following independent review; it has no bearing on the review outcome itself. All applicants are evaluated against the same standards regardless of application pathway — referral does not affect eligibility review, scoring, or final selection outcomes.
