Participation is capped at 250 attendees, and every application is reviewed by the Organizing Committee based on professional background, partnership potential, and quality of participation.

Q2. What is the application process?

The process has three stages:

  1. Apply — Submit your application, outlining your background and reason for participating.

  3. Get Ready — Complete UN venue registration, receive your entry QR code, and submit your Partnership & Opportunities profile for pre-Forum matching.
Q3. Can I attend for just one day?

Single-day attendance is possible, though we recommend participating in the full two days. The Forum is designed for in-depth, sustained engagement rather than a one-off visit, and includes an evening networking dinner — attending in full is where participants gain the most value.

Delegate, Speaker, and Enterprise Partner packages all include one seat at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Networking Gala Dinner on 4 November. If you'd like to attend the dinner only, you can apply under the Gala Guest package.

Q6. What is the refund policy?

All fees are non-refundable once confirmed. Approval triggers a series of administrative processes on our end — including UN venue registration, delegate documentation, and Partnership & Opportunities Spotlight coordination — so once a place is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
